- Definition of an extensive material- and quality specification of a new production site on basis of the optimized production layouts and architectonic basic design.
- Coordination and engagement of a suitable Design Institute for the preparation of blue prints fitting to the production relevant specifications of the customer as well as of the respective authorities.
- Detailed budget calculation with specifications concerning materials, qualities, cost per item and resulting total cost as basis for an efficient and reliable project implementation. CMN has very experienced project managers and a huge updated data basis for construction and process equipment information, which has been build up within the previous 10 years.
- Definition of a detailed Milestone Plan, including single measurements and respective timelines as well as the definition of responsibilities for material selection and decision procedures within the project organization.
- Preparation and execution of the Bidding Process for the selection of the most suitable construction company, including the commercial negotiations of the respective construction contracts in cooperation with an experienced law office.
- Construction Project Management, including specialized reporting and controlling procedures in order to safeguard that the construction will be completed with the preliminary budgets, timeline and quality specifications. CMN follows international practice, under special consideration of china specific circumstances.
